Terms and Conditions of Sale for products sold on www.lau-art.com

I - PURPOSE
These terms cover the sale of artworks, prints and products by Lau Art.
Note : It is forbidden to reproduce the products on this website, use them for commercial use, sell them, or claim them as your own. Not respecting these rules could lead to legal action.
II - PRICES
The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes, unless otherwise stated, and excluding shipping fees.
For orders to countries outside mainland France, customs duties or other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may apply. These charges and fees are not the responsibility of Lau Art. They will be at your expense and are your full responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and organizations in your country. We recommend that you inquire about these matters with your local authorities.
Lau Art can change its prices at any time, but you will be charged based on the price at the time your order is confirmed and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of Lau Art until full payment is received.
Note: Once you physically take possession of the ordered products, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.
III - ORDERS
You can place your order on the website: www.lau-art.com.
The contract details will be confirmed no later than when your order is validated.
Lau Art reserves the right not to process a payment and not to confirm an order for any reason, particularly in case of supply issues or difficulties with the received order.
IV - ORDER CONFIRMATION
Any order placed on this website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Confirming an order means you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale, without exception or reservation. All provided data and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction.
You declare that you are fully aware of this. The order confirmation will be considered as a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
V - PAYMENT
Validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the indicated price.
Payment is made by credit card or via Paypal.
VI - DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address provided during checkout, within the time frame shown on the order confirmation page. In case of shipping delays, you will be notified by email about any impact on the delivery time.
A4 and A5 commissions are shipped in a cellophane bag, inside a cardboard enveloppe with a “DO NOT BEND” sticker on it. Moreover the drawing is wedged with a solid cardboard to prevent bending.
A3 commissions are shipped in a cellophane bag, inside a cardboard tube.
Frames are packed with bubble wrap, as well as small items if necessary (pins, keychains, etc.).
Lau Art is not responsible for delivery delays or issues during shipping (such as damage).
For carrier deliveries, Lau Art is not responsible for delays caused by the customer's unavailability after multiple appointment proposals.
VII - CLAIMS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Claims, requests for exchanges or refunds must be made by email to the following address: lauriana.art@gmail.com, within 14 days of receiving the delivery (right of withdrawal). After this period, no claims will be accepted.
The initial shipping fees, corresponding to the amount charged at the time of purchase, will be refunded after the returned products have been received and verified. However, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless a mistake on our part is proven (e.g., incorrect product sent or manufacturing defect).
Return Process
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
Contact me by email at lauriana.art@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for the return request, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Wait for my confirmation and detailed return instructions.
Carefully pack the products to be returned, including the original packaging.
Ship the products to the address I provide you, making sure to get proof of shipment.
Once the products are received, we will verify them. If all conditions are met, we will refund the product amount and, if applicable, the return shipping costs (upon submission of proof), or we will send replacement products.
